Which quiet PS would you suggest for my new system?

CPU: Duron 800 (probably won't overclock, but certainly not over 1GHz)
MOTHERBOARD: Based on KT133A chipset
HSF: fop32-1
CASE: Enlight 7237
1 hard drive
1 DVD
Maybe a CDROM
Sound card
1 NIC
2-128MB 133MHz SDRAM
Mid-level video

I plan a CPU upgrade in about a year to a Palomino.
Which quiet PS would you suggest? I've heard that 250W would be ok if it's a quality PS. Otherwise, 300W seems the safe bet. Anyway, the reason I ask is Enermax has a "Whisper" model that sounds cool, but maybe it's overkill.
They have the EG285P-VE (FC) (276W) at http://phamcomputer.safeshopper.com/31/cat31.htm?921
for $50. That's pretty expensive, but is it worth it to ME.

How are the following brand power supplies?
Sparkle Power
Enermax
Antec
Enlight:cool:

The enermax's are quiet indeed...
A nice powerman 300watter would be cool, (and QUIET), any good 300watter basically would be fine :)
A 275 watt Enermax would scrape by as well.

I'm just using the el-generico - max power or somethin that came with my 7237 (not an enlight PS tho) 250w and I have more components than you are planning on, and it works GREAT. Never had a single problem with it.

I have the Antec 300W. Excellent PSU and very quiet, though my other fans drown it out no doubt. :) PP303X? Listed on their reccomended page.
