Which processor to pick?

I'm looking for a value chip (sub $50- $100 range) that would be good for some video editing. Which would be the best one to get, and why? Thanks in advance for any replies. Also if I buy an OEM chip, which would be the best fan/cooling solution(I don't plan to overclock it).

Not a lot you can buy for $50-$100. But its possible.
Don't you need a motherboard? I am assuming that you don't.

You can get an AMD Thunderbird 1.4Ghz 266Mhz FBS for $98.

This is a good chip. Runs pertty hot. Make sure you get good cooling.
The GLOBALWIN's WBK38 CPU Heatsink & Delta Dual Ballbearing Fan is only $17 and looks pertty good. Can cool an AMD AthlonXP 1900+
