Which Powersupply?

After hearing my Enermax Noisetaker 420w powersupply wouldn't work with the new system I plan I have decided to branch out and look elsewhere...

basically I am looking for something that is 480w+ and preferably under $100 bucks...maybe a little over?

currently I am looking at the Antec smart power 500 and truepower II 550 models, I like the 500 because it is modular but the 550 is SLI approved should I ever decide to go that route (doubtful)...

This will be paired with:

Epox Ultra NFs board
AMD 3000 Venice cpu
4 x 512 sticks of crucial memory
6800 GT evga card

Thanks

I bought the Antec Neo Power 480W PSU and it's friggen awsome. It's +/-3% on the 12V, 5V and 3.3V rails and performs extremely well.....there are many reviews online saying it's one of the best out there also.

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDe...roductCode=270022&affiliate=pricewatch $110 I bought mine here and these guys rock with great customer service and free second days shipping on most stuff

http://www.yesmicro.com/Item.aspx?sku=060277TD&sgd=340d315d315d318d316 $99 This was a pricewatch find....I've never used these guys before so you might want to hit them up on the BBB and such before buying

hope this helps

P.S. the cable management systems is kickass if you dont want the inside of your case to look the part of a lan party network 🙂
