SUPERMICRO MBD-X9DA7-O
2X Intel Xeon E5-2687W (150W each)
2X EVGA 06G-P4-2793-KR GeForce GTX TITAN (250W each)
4X Crucial M500 960GB SATA
6X Hitachi GST H3IK40003254SW (0S03364) 4TB 5400
4X Kingston 64GB (4 x 16GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Registered DDR3

Would a 1200W power supply be enough? Namely this:
ENERMAX Platimax EPM1200EWT 1200W ATX12V / EPS12V

Yes. You'll be looking at <1000W at full system load. I wouldn't get Platimax, their voltage regulation is sub par.

Seasonic X-1250, XFX 1250W, Corsair AX1200 or AX1200i, or PCP&C MK III 1200W

All of these have sufficient cables for that setup.

Thanks. Out of the ones you listed, which would you recommend or which is the highest quality?

X-1250 / XFX 1250W http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=309
MK III 1200W http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&file=print&reid=304
AX1200 http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story5&reid=189
AX1200i http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=300

Here I defer to JonnyGuru. All of them are top notch, just get the cheapest one or whichever is available where you're buying or when you need it.

For reference, here's the Enermax unit with 8/10 in performance due to below average voltage regulation: www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&file=print&reid=304
