I'm building a system for a friend with the following specs:
AMD Athlon64 3000+
ASUS A8N-E nForce 4 Ultra Motherboard
ASUS EAX700 Radeon X700 Graphics Card
Seagate 80GB HDD
NEC Dual Layer DVD Writer
1GB Dual Channel RAM

Which of the following power supply would be sufficient for this system. I'm not overclocking any components.

Antec TruePower II 380W

Antec TruePower II 430W

Antec SmartPower 2.0 450W

Antec SmartPower 2.0 500W

Just in case the links dont work, here it is in text format:

Id go with the smartpower 450w...it'll be sufficient for your system and allow for upgrades...

Is there a big difference between ATX12V v2.0 and v2.01. Does anyone know? cos that's the main difference I've found between these PSUs. The truepower are 2.01 compliant and the smartpower 2.0 compliant.

Thanks but I cant buy any of them since I dont live in north america. I can buy an antec but none of the other ones. Hence my specific question about which one of the 4 I listed would be sufficient. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Oh.... well in that case the True Power II 380, or the Antec Neo Power if you have access to that.

All of them would be sufficient, but the 380w is $65 while your highest wated is only $10 more. Are those the only ones you have acess to? I would probably get a cheap Sparkle/Forton, Super Flower or Enermax as they would be more then enough and you would save quite a bit of cash.

Either of the TruePower II would work great.

As far as I know, TruePower II is a higher quality line than Smart Power, not much more expensive either.

With your system, either of those should do.
