Which power supply should I keep and which one should I sell?

I had a power supply die on me almost two months ago. I finally received a replacement under warranty. I had bought an Antec from fry's until the RMA came through. So I'm stuck with two power supplies.

The cooler master replacement looks brand new but I'm assuming it's a refurbished model. My new case will be delivered today so I need to decide which power supply to keep and which one to sell. Which one would you keep? Thanks.
