Which Power Supply - Antec PP412X or Sparkle FSP350-60BN

I am going to be building a new AMD system with the NFORCE (if it ever comes out). I am trying to decide on the Power supply. I can get an Antec PP412X (400W) at Buy.com for $77 shipped, or I can get a Sparkle FSP350-60BN (350W) at Newegg for $65 shipped.

I have 2 7200 RPM drives, a DVD drive, CD-RW, Elsa Gladiac Gforce 2 Video Card, 2 case fans, 512 Meg Crucial PC2100. I just bought a swiftech MCX-370 cooler, I think I will buy a T-bird 1400, unless the 1500 is out and doesn't cost too much.

I have a feeling from what I have read that Sparkle might be slightly better quality, but it seems Antec is pretty good too. and I just can't seem to turn down the extra power for $12.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
