Which Power Scenario Should I Follow?

I was doing some testing for another thread on my Asus P4PE with a 300W Sparkle PS (200W on the combined 3.3 + 5V).

Which of the following scenarios is the best for me? It seems like using the EZ Plug and the 12V plug results in a higher 12V rating, but seems a little high for the VCore.


EZ Plug Only

12V Only
