which pocket pc to get?

I'm currently looking at buying a pocket pc. I would prefer one priced 200-300, unless if there's if you can sell me to go more.

I'm looking for-
64 megs sdram
300-400 mhz processor (what about the 266 samsungs, do those have a high ipc or cache or something)
802.11b connection/upgradibility for it
flash memory- i can always upgrade anyways so.....

is there any way to get usb on one yet or is that to far off? Also is there some huge technology about to come out that would be worth waiting for for a price drop. hp

I'm not really into Pocket PC devices but I've heard the DELL Axim is good.
