Which pocket do you put your wallet in?

This thread is for those that carry a wallet inside a pocket. The thread is inspired by my friend's run-in with a pick pocketer in Spain.

Please vote in the poll. If you carry your wallet in numerous pockets, please vote for one that you keep your wallet in majority of the time.

Why not have options for the back pocket like you do front pocket. I'm right handed and keep it in my back left pocket.

Oh because I wasn't concerned about the backpocketers but I added it thinking someone would complain. We'll just group them all as one. :)

i dont when im in a crowded situation, harder for a pickpocket to get your wallet out of the front.

anyways, right handed, right pocket.

If I'm worried about pick pockets (when I go into the city) I'll usually put my wallet in my coat pocket with my hand wrapped around it, or in an inner pocket of my jacket.

I guess in a country where petty crimes aren't rampant, it's okay to naturally keep it your back pocket. In some countries, you'll lose your wallet faster than you can sit down in the metro station. :p

You're partially right, except I'm not doing it to be a pick pocket. My friend was pick pocketed and I want to know how the guy knew where his wallet was without him ever pulling it out. He had semi-baggy pants too so the wallet didn't leave a shape in his pants either.

I carry my wallet in the left and my glock in the right. i keep it loaded and facing up for people like your friends in spain.
