which platform is better for athlon-Nforce2 or Via KT400

I already have nforce220D based athlon system.My friend and I want to build another.I would like to have some firsthand info about which platform is better?Considering that I am going to use PC2100 ddr ram . I heard from somebody that nforce 2 is better with PC2100 and via KT400 is better with faster ram.Is it true?Please help.

ps. please recommend mobos also (with IGP in case of nforce2)

nForce2 is better always.

For the best IGP nforce2 board, get this one! It has Serial ATA (RAID), Firewire, integrated GeForce4 MX, nVidia APU (awesome audio!, better than audigy), LAN, ATA133, USB 2.0, TV-OUT bracket, Latest BIOS supports Barton processor, etc.😀
