Where the hell do you live that has such sh1tty places? I'm in a 2bdrm/1bath with a full kitchen and it's $800/month.

I dont know about ur math.. if I pay 1500 a month I can probably only afford a 200k ish property..

I dont know about ur math.. if I pay 1500 a month I can probably only afford a 200k ish property..

10yr loan? If you pay $1500/mo for a standard 30yr loan, you better get more than a $200K house.

10yr loan? If you pay $1500/mo for a standard 30yr loan, you better get more than a $200K house.

sorry but my math sucked.. just did the calc.. if I do 30 year fixed at 6.44 I would pay 1800 a month on a 300k property. This is before taxes and HOA fees. But for 300k I can only get a 1 bedroom condo. I will wait till the price of 2/2 condos fall to 300k ish.
