Which pins on my Ultra66 do I use to monitor my HD use?

I have a standard 2 pin HD monitor cable on my case and I want to use it with my Ultra66 controller card. Which of the 4 pins do I use to do this and which way do I orient the plug red/black wires? Thanks.

Try one on each end, if that dont work reverse the wires. there's should be a little indicator on the card itself showing pin 1 & pin4.
