vx4400. the a530 doesnt have analog, so if you travel or go somewhere with spotty service, your S.O.L.
 
I'd avoid the T720, I have a T720i and liked it at first, but I've had to have it replaced two times for different problems (dead screen, dead ringer).

Have a samsung S307, and i love samsung, nice phones.
 
a310 is a good budget phone, but if you have the money, go with the 350. Color screens are nice even if you aren't using the high speed features of the service. They're easier to navigate the menus.
