which pda should I get?

want to get a pda, open to suggestions.

Here are my criterias:

1. has to have color screen
2. light
3. compact
4. not too expensive..
5. has a docking station
6. needs to have wireless built in.

any suggestion? Please state the price of ur suggestion too...
