Which PCI Slots Should I Use on an ABIT KT7 Raid?

I have the following cards to install on my KT7 Raid Motherboard. A scanner card, a soundblaster platinum live 5.1 sound card, a 56kv90 modem card, and a cable network card. I know PCI slot 5 shouldn't be used because of the high point controller. What slots are best for the 4 cards that I am going to use? Give me some recommendations please.
