Which PCI-E w/ dual DVI

My dad needs a PCI Express card with Dual DVI output. The only one I know of is 6600GT XFX PCI-E, and I have not heard great things about XFX as a whole. Plus, the 6600GT is waaaaaay overkill for this man. He's still using a 16MB Voodoo3 for crying out loud.

It's just that he's on PCI Express now and wants to hook up 2 displays now, with the possibility of 2 more in the future.

I don't care if it's ATI or nVidia or anyone else, as long as it has 2 DVIs and PCI-E.

for good quality dvi you should probably go with an ATI card...

You are saying that ATI has better DVI output than NVIDIA? That's the first I have heard of this.

At this point, I could care less about splitting hairs over IQ via DVI. I'm sure either will suffice. The main issue is that there doesn't seem to be anything less powerful than a 6600GT XFX that has dual dvi and comes in PCI-E. Surely there must be something cheaper.

Yeah I see your point. Considering you could go as low as say a 5300 in a dual DVI AGP card.
6600GT is the cheapest dual DVI PCIe card I can find also.
