Consolitis and laziness hasn't taken over as yet.I have never used any thing but a mouse and keyboard and I am a huge GTA fan That said I could get into console gaming in the living room if there was mouse/keyboard support.....

No serious PC gamer uses a controler 😉

Seriously, PC gamers of the past almost never used a controller. Just because console ports are taking over, doesn't mean they want to use one.

Many PC gamers of the past are up to their neck in diapers and are happy to have a minute to themselves to plow into a game on their iPhone. Things change over time.

Personally not only do I want good controller support, I refuse to buy newer games (since 2012) that don't have full controller support.

You probably didn't read the quote I quoted, nor did you even note the wink, and the "seriously" after.

The quote state that "no serious gamer doesn't have a controller". I just sarcastically state that no serious PC gamer uses a controller and followed it up with a more serious line that in the past, most PC gamers didn't use them, and many are not ready to use them now, even if console ports are showing up more and more.

I used to be the hard core one that killed my enemies on site in several large battlefields, I haven't even been gaming these days I guess.

Both depending on the game. Some are better on a monitor with KB/M and headphones, others are better on a large TV with gamepad and surround sound system.

I also play PS4 both ways, sometimes as intended on TV with gamepad, other times on monitor with KB/M and headphones.
