M\y brother's b-day is coming up.

My bro already has many PC games (including KOTR, Battlefield 1942, Medal of Honor, Wolfenstein as the notables).

I was thinking maybe Halo, Call of Duty, or Deus Ex Invisible War for the PC.

He likes all sorts of games not only RPGs.

Since he likes to play online, I guess whatever game I choose must has some "legs" of replayability with a multiplayer mode.

Please give any game suggestions, not only those that I listed that come most immediately to mind.

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is really good.

I bought it on Friday and beat it tonight. I just played for a few hours every day. I think it took about 8-9 total hours to finish it.

It's a little short compared to a game like Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic but it was a great game.
 
Rise of Nations is a sick RTS. If you're leaning towards FPS, definitely call of duty, stay away from DE:IW. It pales in comparison to the original.
 
Vietcong is pretty good and you should be able to pick it up for around $20-30.

Hard to go wrong with Madden 2004, also.

i second that, it is a game that never gets old - heck i still play age of empires, very good games esp. if you guys game on a home LAN :beer:
 
If he's likes turn-based strategy, Massive Assault is a great game; one of the better releases that came out late last year and probably the best TBS of 2003. It's noted for being a tough game according to many reviews. I don't think it's so difficult but you definately have to use your brain to play. Awesome game if you're in to turn-based games.
