Which passive/or super quiet cooling solution for a 9800np/flashed to pro?

thinking of doing the same thing
if u want super cheap it would be using an old cpu heatsink lying around -- amd xp era would be good -- some drilling & expertise reqired though 🙂

if u need to buy something, everyone recommends arctic cooling, which isnt silent but is apparently very quiet
where I am the coolermaster cool viva is also quite cheap, this can be passive or active
