Which part is the MCH on a EX58-UD3R mobo?

Mobo pic I think it's idling at 62c and loading at 67c, should I worry about it?

What do you use for measuring temps? Are you on water or air ? And finally, what are your temp readings @stock?

Technically on i7's the MCH is on the die, but normally it's the NB. Chances are the MCH as reported in HWmonitor is the chipset. How does the MCH temps compare to the core temps?

cpu is idling at 45c and fullloading at 55c, baram really works
