Which panel does the 25ms Apple CinemaDisplay use?

Does anyone know which panel does the original Apple CinemaDisplayHD 23inch use?
How do you check?
I know it uses LG-Philips panels, but which one?
It seems Super-IPS also has 25ms versions along with the more hyped 16ms line.
