Which Panaflo for CPU Heatsink?

Quick question: for a 92mm fan on my cpu heatsink (SLK-947u), should I go with a Panaflo L or M? I will be doing some overclocking (nothing pushing the cpu to its brink), but also want quiet. Would the L1A do the job and cool the CPU well enough or would the M1A be the better choice?

I have the 92mm Panaflo M1B on my SP97 and I find it annoyingly loud.

I'd go with the L or a M with fan controller.
