This isn't just on the Deluxe so I didn't post it in that thread.

I'm looking at a P5Q but not sure which model and was wondering if someone could enlighten me.

Planned Build: Q9450 / HD4850 / DDR2-1066 / 600W

Looking for: Socket 775, P45, DDR2, moderate overclocking to 3.0-3.2 Ghz

Small chance of Crossfire (Is the Deluxe the only one that can Crossfire)?

What's the big difference between the models? Should I bother with the Deluxe? If I don't Crossfire which should I get?

Do all the models have the overclocking profiles?

Thanks a lot

I'm not sure what you mean by overclocking profiles. The P5Q-E and P5Q Pro can both do CrossFire. The major differences between the three:

The E and the Deluxe have three PCIe x16 slots and two ethernet ports, whereas the Pro has only two PCIe x16 and one ethernet port.
The E and the Pro have eight power phases, whereas the Deluxe has sixteen.

The E and the Deluxe are visually identical, except for the number of power phases around the CPU socket, and the heatpipe between the northbridge and southbridge on the Deluxe. Both have the SATA ports along the east edge of the board.

The Pro has a different layout and different slots, and all of the SATA ports are along the south edge.
