Which P4 will in general allow for the highest FSB overclock? The 1.6/1.8?

Which P4 chip will get close to the 200FSB speed? I heard 190fsb was the max ever achieved? Which CPU was this achieved?
I'm getting a P4 2.53Ghz soon. Too bad it'll be mated with an Intel board. Getting it from the Intel Retail Edge $175 promo. I might just ditch the Intel and go with the new GB when it comes out.

Who here has a 2.53Ghz chip and what were the overclocking results?

The 1,6 while it obviously has the lower multiplier was discontinued awhile back and wasn't around to take advantage of the newer stepping that has allowed current 1.8's reach 2.7-2.8ghz regularly. If you get lucky the c1 stepping 1.8 could possibly get you to 175-180fsb....

The best in my opinion if you can get it as a c1 stepping chip will be the 2.26ghz with its 17 multiplier...while 200fsb will still be a long shot the 3.4ghz has been hit a few times even with air cooling....

Most 2.53 results I have heard have been non c1 stepping chip but many were doing 2.8-2.9ghz at default vcore with a few without mobo limitations hit 3ghz with reasonable vcore....
