Depends on your budget and desired features. The gigabyte 8sg667 supports agp 8x and runs corsair pc3200 stable in all 3 slots. You can get them refurbished for $69 shipped at newegg. Or, the albatron px845 pev pro ($85 shipped newegg) is a good basic no frills board that overclocks very well. Many are running at 166 fsb with no problems. The asus p4pe is top rated by tom's hardware guide in a recent review of 13 845pe boards. I don't recommend the new granite bay boards until the price drops. I'm still waiting for sis 655, but have no idea when they will show up.
