Which P4 mobo and cpu?

I'm hoping to build a new computer and need some advice about which mobo and processor combination to choose. I decided on Intel for stability and sheer overclockability but can't decide whether to the new northwood b's are worth the extra buck and whether to go for the Asus P4B533-V or the Abit IT7 Max.

Any input would be much appreciated.
