which P4 Board would you pick Asus P4b533 or P4PE (for OC)?

I want to know which one you would pick and why? Keep in mind I want to eventually overclock this thing like mad, hopefully to 3Ghgz someday. Do they both support hyper-threading tecnhology and does that really matter. Thanks.
 
i think you meant p4pe?
anyways, id pick the p4b533 over the p4pe (p4pe's onboard sound will crap out after about 150FSB, and sometimes u have cold boot issues...)

Thanks, so I guess the p4b533 is more stable then the p4pe?
