I'm prpbasbly going to re build my computer and have been looking around. Newegg has a P4 2.4 533fsb northwood core chip box version with teh heatsink/fan for 193 or around there. IS this a good price? and is it a good chip? how does it comprea to teh 400fbs 2.4 p4?

also what is a goom mobo to go with it?

The 2.4b is a great value, and an average overclocker. The newegg price is good, especially if shipping is free. Atacom has the c1 stepping version of this cpu for about $211, which may overclock better.
