Which OS's can be installed in Windows VM ala Windows 7 Pro(64)?

I just installed Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and using XPM for legacy hardware.

I want to have Vista Business 32-bit virtualized as well. Add to that Ubuntu 9.10(32 or 64 bit), Windows 2000 Pro and maybe Windows 2003.

Which of the above will run in my system without adding VirtualBox? Which would require VirtualBox and lastly which would be a better choice for those OS's in the previous paragraph if they will run in both Windows VM or VB?

Unless it's USB stuff I don't think XP Mode will help you since the guest doesn't have direct access to any hardware.

You need a 64 bit VB running on a 64 bit OS to run virtual 64 bit OS's.

VMware can do a 64-bit guest in a 32-bit host as long as the CPU supports VT, dunno about VirtualBox though.
