Also you think it can play Halflife etc?

as to halflife, it might be able to at 640x480, wouldnt hope for much though s3 is not known for making reat graphics cards.
 
Well, at 640x480, I could make 10-20fps (not really playable) on a pentiumII 266 with a 4mb matrox milleniaII. So yes, you can play half life, but it's going to suck.
 
XP should run on it easy.

I have XP running on a Dell CPi P2 266MHz, 128MB RAM. Takes a minute to boot, but surfs my wireless LAN quite well with Firefox and IE.
