Which OS will allow remote control access of another computer - adjust settings, installing software -- Windows NT WS 4.0, Windows 2000 professional, Windows XP home, Windows XP professional?😛
 
win2k pro and xp pro i know for sure will allow remote access over terminal services which is natively built in. i'd imagine nt4 had something like that too.

of course, any NT-based OS will allow remote access via programs such as VNC.
