The sender does actual pay a fee to purchase the money order.

Yep. Unless you purchase it from your bank - at least with my account it's free

I like paypal. Ever since I got the debit card, I've been a happy camper. Someone PP's me money, I walk over to the ATM and take it out! heh Instant $$$.

Or, if I use it like a credit card, they pay me 1.5%! Woot!
