Which one's more stable/cool looking, Gnome or KDE?

I'm running KDE on the redhat box I use at work, but it seems some people say KDE is mor stable? i just wanted some facts and opinons from people using linux.

Kde is more of a resource hog, I can tell you that much.

Stable? It's Linux, so it's not too bad at all :) It's worked on pretty heavily and has a better usability, I feel, than Gnome. You'd just have to use them both to figure it out. I like other window managers personally since they're faster and take up less room, but that's what's great about linux.. you have a lot of choices.

the box i got at work is 600mhz and on a G200, KDE and Gnome runs about the same with speed. Only reason i'm suign Gnome right now is because all the cool lloking screen shot i see around the web is Gnome + Sawmill or Enlightment (i'm running Gnome + Sawmill with the mini theme)
