They both cost around the same 200 bucks except the fx55 comes with a seagate hd 250gigs ? FX 55

You can get the 4200+ X2 for $183 shipped @ newegg. You can get the seagate for $80 shipped. You only save like $50 with the combo and you will get a little better performance with the X2 and possibly a heatpipe cooler.

For multitasking, IMO the 4200+ is better. For just one thing like gaming, FX55 is fine.
