Which one you prefer: R50 or T41 ?

friend of mine can pick one IBM laptop at work. The choice is between R50 and T41. I think at the same price point R50 is better equipped, but T41 is more elegant and lighter for business use.
 
I like the T41 because it's lighter, thinnner, and looks nicer. If price is an issue, then I would get the R50.
 
Do you mean the R50p vs T41p?
I definitely prefer the T41p. Much lighter, much slimmer. Isn't the point of a notebook, to be portable?
And at the same price, I don't think the R50p offer enough improvements - only a dvd burner and a
screen with larger resolution - and at what cost !
