My 2x512 Kingmax pack ended up with memtest errors, so I returned it and was faced with the same situation.

I've personally owned 3 512mb mushkin sticks and have put about 5 others in PCs for people I've built for. Out of those I had one stick go bad, the latest one I bought.

I've had good luck with Mushkin in the past and their warranty was very nice when my stick went bad.

Despite that I decided to give Corsair a try and bought that yesterday. I probably wont end up getting it until the middle of next week or so though.

Both are good but i'll pick Corsair VS just because i have actually used it and never had any issues with it.

Basically I am asking opinions to see which RAM is better, if there is any difference. I have used Corsair VS in the past and was looking to move on from it.

Corsair, because it's a matched pair.

Oh, I didn't see that, I thought he was comparing these two

Mushkin

Corsair

now I am ;) I didn't see that one.

I could always go with this:

Yah, cheaper the better and if I can get a little OC out of it, good enough.

Get the Corsair. Look at the Newegg user reviews and overall rating. Newegg does moderate the reviews, but it seems like more people have positive things to say about the Corsair than they do for the Mushkin. Also, the Corsair is cheap as heck :)
