Which one should I keep? XFX 5900 or PNY 5900

I had a PNY ti4600 that died shortly after I bought it, rma'd and the second ti4600 died a few months later, this time PNY sent me a 5900, in the mean time I had been collecting parts for a new system and had purchased an XFX 5900 from Buy.com, when that card arrived I assembled the new system only to find out the XFX card was defective right out of the box, I made do with a GF2GTS untill the PNY card came back and have been using that until today when the XFX card came back, I am using it now because I wanted to test it to be sure it worked.

Both cards perform very well in 3dmark03, 6230 for the pny at 450/850 and 6464 for the XFX at 475/932 (didnt try the PNY at 475/932)

There are few differences that I can see, the PNY has a "Lifetime" warranty but XFX is not clear with this statement on their site
Product warranty varies depending on Geographical region. For details warranty information for this product please contact the Pine branch in your area.
and I had a bit of trouble contacting them to get the card rma'd.
The only other visible difference is the heatsink design I cant see where one is any better than the other, both cards run around 47c at idle or surfing and around 60c after an hour or so of gaming.

I am leaning towards keeping the PNY because of the warranty and great service, but if I sell the XFX to a friend I dont want to have a problem if their card dies and they cant get service.

The other thing is that I seem to notice better colors and clearer brighter output from the XFX card, noticed it even on the vga bios screen as soon as I turned on the computer, the text was clearer, sharper and brighter, very noticeable, and then when I got into windows I noticed the colors seemed better too.

I am at a bit of a loss trying to decide between these two cards, is there anything else I should be considering?

You sure got lucky rmaing that 4600. Most people have been told that pny's lifetime warranty only applies for the lifetime of the product line. In other words, once they quit selling the item your warranty is up.

You might see how well the xfx overclocks in comparison with the pny.
