Which one should I get?

I have about $300 to spend and I have broken it down to two possible scenarios...

#1) Buy a 3d prophet II pro gts 64MB DDR

OR

#2) Buy a 3d blaster annihilator2 MX 32MB DDR and a stick of 256 MB of crucial pc133 sdram.

I currently have 128 MB of pc100 (generic) and a 3d blaster TNT2 Ultra 32 MB card. Which would improve my gaming and system performance the most? I am also running win98 SE. Thanks.

I say option 3: A 32 MB GTS 2 and a $128 stick. Good luck with whatever you decide. You have a good system there.
