I have a duron 800 and I don't know which one to do.....
i can either do 150 fsb with a multiplier of 5.5 = 825
i can do 144 fsb with a mulitiplier of 6.5 = 936

earlier, i said i could do 150 at 6, but my comp was too unstable at that speed :( it's wierd, shouldn't my 800 at least be able to do 900?????

The former, because the higher fsb increases your overall system performance.

when i raise my fsb to 150, counterstrike tends to be a little choppy. is it cuz of the fsb or could it be cuz of the temp of my cpu?

I would say go with the lower fsb. Its still "high" being at 144 and should be the more stable than 150. The processor being faster should make up the difference in fsb speed. The lower FSB would be much more stable if you have generic memory like I do.
