Which one(s) of these tech related habits that you are guilty of?

Not a one. Touching my screen is a royal pet peeve of mine. Made my blood pressure go up just reading it.

SOMETIMES I do #1 but it's rare. Usually it's if I texted someone and waiting for a reply while walking or something.

#6 I'm bad for, I never was before, but it's a habit I have now. I go to bed, then lay there for a bit, then pull out my phone and just check facebook or other crap that does not matter. Sometimes I just check the weather. Why, I already checked it like 9 times before throughout the day.

Most of the others I don't do ever, but they do kinda bother me.

The one I hate the most is people who are looking at their phone while having a real life conversation. Can you not put it down for a few minutes? On similar thought, people who jump on their phone the minute there is some kind of notification sound. They'll even put their hand up to stop you from talking so they can check who linked what they posted on Facebook. I'm the opposite, I hear a notification, think to myself I'll check it later, then forget. I also only have it setup to notify me of a text, an actual phone call, or a monitoring alarm for my server/home stuff. That's it.

Oh I forgot to warn, that stupid site has SOUND by default. Noticed an interesting feature in FF that I never noticed before, if a tab has sound there's a speaker icon on the tab so you can turn it off instead of trying to figure out what part of the website is causing it. They should also add an option to send a DDoS attack to said site.

I do #6 every night. I read before bed on my phone, using the Kindle app, for at least a half hour. But the only other thing in the room is my cat and he don't seem to mind.

I kinda do #1 too, though I don't stare down; I hold the phone up enough so that I can still pay attention to what's around me. The people that have no clue what's going on around them are dumbasses.

You read your tablet while you have sex with your cat? or you read your tablet while you have sex with your hand?
either way, thats pretty bad...

The people who are admitting to #6, did you guys even read what it said?

I’m not talking about streaming Netflix or checking Twitter before you get some shuteye. I’m talking about even glancing at your phone or tablet while having “adult relations.” If you’re more interested in what’s happening on social media than what’s going on in your bedroom, you might have a problem.

+1. I just found that Chrome can't do this.

As fro the list, I only do #7 if I have to.

I only do #3 to my parents' mobiles. Sod's law says that if I do, then at least one of them has their phone handy; if I don't, then neither do (or I send to the wrong one).

4. Touching someone’s computer screen

See, I would just never, ever do this, because I wince whenever someone does this to my own shit. And I have to wipe down afterwards.

10. Joining a conference call from the bathroom

Lyndon Johnson made decisions about the fate of the world while mid-loaf. Who cares?

I don't really care on the most part, but staring on your phone while ignoring people in front of you can definitely be annoying depending on the circumstances and setting. Like if you are just checking something and you stop that's fine, but doing it for extended periods is rather ridiculous and rude.

Eh?

Chrome does indeed offer this. In fact, I just used it for that site!
