Needs to power: Epox NF3 mobo, Athlon 64 3200+ S939, 1 gig of memory, an X800XT AGP, a 300GB IDE Seagate hard drive, 1 optical drive, 1 floppy drive, and about 6 fans. I also intend to overclock.
I'm down to these 2 PSUs, please help me decide.

I think this one could work for my setup, but I also want to get into overclocking and I keep hearing people say that its better to have more Amps on the 12volt rail for OC'ing, this PSU 18amps on the 12Volt rail.

I like this PSU for a few reasons, it has pre sleeved cables, and dual 12volt rails totaling 30amps, which is what I gather better for overclocking. With this PSU, its ready for PCI Express, so how would I hook up my AGP video card to this power supply?
This is only my second time building, and the first time was a year and a half ago, so I'm having relearn a couple things. Sorry for the noob questions.
Thanks in advance.
