Net Sex Plot.
:Q Prank went too far?

Cliff notes:
Some one posted an ad for a woman on the net.
The ad was for a fantasy rape scenario.
The woman doesn't know about it.
Man answered her add, called her later and aksed why she's not home.
FBI investigate.

What really happened: girl wants to enjoy her last months of freedom to the fullest; girl accidently gets carried away; girl gets busted by significant other; girl makes up a story that people will believe because deep down, they want to.

rape is a disgusting act. i cant imagine simulating it for pleasure. some women like it a little rough and tumble, but ive never met anyone, man or woman, IRL that would do that. well, as far as they tell me anyway 😉 but, to each his own.

good thing that woman wasnt home. this could have been an awful situation for all.

whoa. that's frickin scary. surprised it hasn't happened before though, the world is really messed up.

think if she was home? He would have raped her, thinking it was all part of the game. Now the question is, was the joke supposed to be on her or on the man? Maybe someone wanted to see the man in jail, so he posted the ad, and then gave the man a tip off on the add, knowing he would answer it...

very curious.

I don't think the joke was on the man, simly because he was in SJ and she was in Oklahoma. If some one in SJ wanted to see the man in jail, there are plenty of women in SJ that this person could have done this to. Which makes it even more convenient for the guy to get to the victim's house.

My curiousity is, could this guy be charged for rape, if everything happened as it's planned?

Most likely yes.

That'd be an interesting legal case.

In order to have sex you have to have permission, be it obvious physical consent or verbal, or whatever. The ad could be seen as consent.

Then again, you need current consent, as you can't take an IOU or anything as an excuse to rape someone. If the guy did it, I could easily see him not being charged/convicted as he was just playing the role. If he had never raped anyone before and had good character witnesses I'm pretty sure he'd be okay legally. I wonder if the dude is gonna get charged with attempted rape or not for even going over to her house. All in all, it's messed.
