Honest Opinions please...

Im preparing a photograph I took in Switzerland a few months ago to be made into a poster, and I was hoping for some of your 'constructive' opinions/ideas and which (if any) you prefer...


Keep in mind, the only difference btwn them is the location/font/color of the Name & Title, but I couldnt decide which one fit the poster best.

Which do ya like?

I like #2 as a picture, but maybe 1 as a larger unframed poster...

Can you edit out that hydro line?

I like 1 and 3 but 3 the most. #2 looks like you are making yourself the most important part of the art and not the art itself.
 
If you made your name uppercase in the second, it would be better IMO. Number 1 is better just because your name is much clearer.
 
Excellent photo indeed. Awesome composition, particularly the deep focus. Love the connection between the foreground (snow on the fence), middle ground (completely uniform snow on the roof of the house) and background (snow on the mountain, particularly the blowing snow on the top). Must have been a pretty long exposure time? It looks pretty dark.

I don't know if you're a photoshop person but it'd be real easy to get rid of the two poles on the left side of the frame (the shorter one as well as the larger one) with a clone stamp or healing brush, or combination of both. Seems to me they just take away from the picture, distracting the viewer. Or maybe I'm just picky because I happen to be an amateur photographer myself. Love it though, very peaceful.

I like #1 the best. Can you show us #1 with the typefaces reversed? (as in...bold the pic name and unbold your name)

Thanks, actually i have a slew of photographs i hope to be selling in various sizes (from 4x6 all the way up to poster sized)

How much do you think a poster like that could sell for?

Hmm...what size? I think the price kind of depends on where you are gonna sell them... i would think you should maybe go to local art shows at see what similar prints are going for... LOL, i guess i am avoiding the question! 😱
Have any other pics i can take a gander at?
