Which one is the better LCD??

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 17" LCD for general usage, casual gaming (AOM, Simcity4, WC3 ...etc), simple photo editing and sometime CAD/Aninmation. Which of the following LCD should I go with, or should I just stay away and stick to decent 19" flat screen CRT? Or is there any better suggestion? My budget is around $400-$500 range.

Sony SDM-S73/B
Dell 1703FP
SAMSUNG SyncMaster 173T

Besides, does anyone know about Dell warranty on LCD? The LCD listed doesn't say anything about warranty. Any idea? In addition, how is their replacement policy on LCD as far as dead pixel is concern?
