Go with a cheaper model IMO... Those are too expensive.
 
Personally I would go for the 4 GB version. Might as well spend the extra $50 and not have to regret later. (e.g., that is my plan).
 
The Galaxy 4GB version is a great option at 550$

It is built well Samsung Vrams Soild caps Slots in PCB to help vent heat..

Highest factory overclock and the lowest price..
The Heatsink comes off with just 4 screws aswell very easy to remove and work with.

if you want to keep that card more than 1 years, personally I'd go to MSI TF III 4GB like Russian was suggested,

but if you just like those 2 card, I'd choose Lightning.
