Which one is quieter?

Both are good cases for a quiet system build, what else are you putting in there? That is a large determining factor as well.

Also, I'd like the P182 simply because I have one, but my friend has a Solo and his system is every bit as quiet, if not quieter (since he has older hardware.) I'm not sure about the SE though, paying extra for a mirror that attracts every kind of dirt, smudge and fingerprint.. lol. Be prepared to clean it constantly.

Edit:
Hooray typos.

Specs:

Q6600 stock HSF
WD 320GB sata
2GB DDR2 ram
HD 2600 Pro
Antec TP Trio 430W
DVD RW

^^ I got a good deal on the P182SE, which is suppose to have a steel/plastic/aluminum casing which is different from the P182 and better at dampening the noise. However I would rather save some money if the Solo is just as quiet.

Man, that is very cheap.

I'd go for the P182 just because it's bigger, but that was a personal thing because I needed the extra drive space.
Both seem good for quiet computing, as referenced by SilentPCReview's reviews of both cases.
The Solo does have a hard drive isolation system in place, where the P182 relies on the standard screw-it-onto-the-cage approach, albeit with silicone rings around the screws. However, I believe the Solo's system does deteriorate over time, as my friend's system appears to be suffering from it. The bands eventually get stretched to the point where they drop down onto another HD or onto the bottom of the case.

Other than that, they're both good cases. Either one should accommodate that part list well, but the P182 will keep the PSU away from the incredible heat generating power of the Q6600.

EDIT:
Wouldn't a stock HSF be spinning like mad to cool the Q6600? That negates a quiet system build pretty easily. Unless you won't overclock, but even then.. I'm not sure. Someone who actually has one can step in here for you.

If you want a quiet system, you also will want to replace the case fans. The included Antec Tri-Cools (on the P182, not sure if the same ones are on the Solo) are decent, but loud even on low. Get some Scythe S-FLEX, Scythe Slipstream, Nexus, Noctua or Yate Loons to replace them with and undervolt.

No idea on how noisy that PSU is though.

That was a problem with older Solos, but Antec recognized the problem and changed the material used for the bungee mounts. The newer bands are reinforced so they don't snap.

I'm not talking about snapping, the bands get stretched out. Even the fabric ones, which doesn't sound like it's possible but he opened up his case and showed me.

Having the P150 (original version of the Solo), in my opinion if you're going for pure quiet, go for the P182. The main problem is the 2x92mm fans in the front. If you're using the included fan filter, you need fairly strong 92mm fans to push air through there. That will make it louder by default.

Even if you're not using the fan filter, a 120mm fan will be quieter and provide similar, if not better airflow.

Now if a little bit more noise doesn't bother you, I love the flexibility of having the 2x92mm fans in front. One of mine is lowspeed that's on 100% and the other is highspeed on a fan controller. You'll get similar results with a single 120mm on a fan controller, but I'm able to direct air to a certain extent to different parts of my case.

But, back on point, for a purely quiet system the P182 is probably the way to go.

EDIT: as far as the included HDD suspension cables, I've used all three revisions, and they all suck. The new ones are more secure but stretch too much, making the HDD's sag. You need to twist them 5-6 times to get rid of the slack. I've found that shoelaces work pretty well (both cotton and leather) or the classic waistband elastic that you can cut to your preference. You've got a lot of freedom with the included mounting system.
