Which one is good: RAR, ZIP, 7z, TAR?

I used a 7zip self extracting archive and my passwords are generally 32 character random gibberish generated from GRC's website and stored on QR codes that I print and laminate and scan with used Codecorp CR2500 scanners I bought on ebay. It's crazy how cheap those scanners are used considering what they cost new... both mine plugged right in and worked with windows.

That's how I do lastpass as well besides having the two factor authentication turned on.

No nag screen with 7zip's software. Rare these days.

I like 7zip. It has the best combination of speed and compression.
