want to buy best 2.1 speaker for music(not for games) which speaker is good.

klipsch promedia 2.1 or altec lansing mx5021???
any other good speaker than this two??

klipsch promedia 2.1

my friend bought them..i thought it was overkill for a PC. But they sure sounded awesome.

(take this with a grain of salt as i am certainly no audiophile )

klipsch...I actually use the 2.0 set, and they sound so f**ing great, people think I have a dedicated subwoofer, and they get quite schocked when they only see the 2.0 speakers on top. Plus, take the cover off the speakers, they look sweet that way.

btw = get it off eBay, much cheaper then retail

KLIPSCH!!

I have had a set of Klipsch 4.1 for about 5 years now, and I've never heard any others that sound nearly as good as these do. I listen to a LOT of music, everything from Classical to Heavy metal, and it all sounds beautiful.

I just got the Klipsch Promedia 2.1s off of ebay for $60. Great deal, best computer speakers for music.

than on reply

he he klipsch pm 2.1 100%

but did you listen mx5021?

and here our current is 220v ac I think Klipsch pm 2.1 input is 110V ac how to do??

Looks like the Klipsch GMX, Promedia 2.0, and iFi set come in a 220/230 flavor but not the promedia 2.1 set.

When I was looking into power conversion HT applications, it was suggested to look at some sort of transformer from a military supply store to convert to different power standards. That seems like an added expense you don't want to have to deal with in this situation though.
