regarding flat panel monitors; whats the diff between these two- advantages/ disadvantages, and which would you get??

a) dell ultrasharp 19" 1901FP linky
vs.
b) nec/mitsubishi 19" linky


 
Buy them both, send me the one you don't like 🙂

I'm curious too, who's the actual manufacturer of the Dell?
 
You might check the resellers ratings. I believe Dell has excellent customer support as they don't fight a RMA
and pay return shipping. That's what has been said in the video forum.

I couldn't be more impressed with the 1901fp I bought for my GF. It's the first LCD I've not had a probelm with ghosting and the picture is outstanding. The pivot feature is the icing on the cake.
